Wonder Valley Software (“we”) designed CloudySky2 to respect your privacy.
Data We Collect
CloudySky2 does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data from users. We do not operate servers for this app and we do not receive analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage data from the app.
Data Stored on Your Device
CloudySky2 stores information locally on your device to provide app functionality. This may include:
- Cloud Log entries (including photos you capture, optional observation notes you enter, and related metadata you choose to save)
- App settings and preferences
This data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
Camera and Photos
If you choose to take a photo or save a photo to your Photos library, CloudySky2 uses iOS system permissions and saves content only at your direction. CloudySky2 does not upload photos to Wonder Valley Software.
Location
If you allow location access, CloudySky2 may use your location on-device to tag Cloud Log entries (for example, to display a place name). Location data is not collected or transmitted by us.
Third-Party Services
CloudySky2 does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.
Sharing
If you use iOS sharing features (Mail, Messages, AirDrop, etc.), the content you share is handled by the service you select. CloudySky2 does not control how those services process your information.
Children’s Privacy
CloudySky2 does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
